Ogden, Utah Hiking Trails

Ogden, Utah Hiking Trails | South Ogden, UT | Timeless Med Spa

From a mild winter, to a rapidly warming spring we have had plenty of opportunity to get our exercise outdoors this year. We are blessed in Utah to have plenty of year-round outdoor recreational activities to keep us moving. In Ogden, we are especially lucky to have  over 200 miles of hiking and biking trails in our own backyard. There are casual parkways, and steep trails to beautiful mountain tops.  So, take a stroll, lace up your running shoes, or put on your helmet to get out and walk, run, hike or bike Ogden!
