Step 1 – Reach out and schedule your party Reach out about scheduling your party with TImeless Med Spa. It’s easy, and you can do this online via book now form, by phone, or email ( info@timelessmedspa.com ). Your friends will thank you! Step 2 – Connect with our office manager They will listen to your needs and pair you with an injector who fits your group. Tell them what you want out of the party and special needs that you may have. Step 3 – Office manager will block your time in our calendar for your group by group name. You will then need to give your group your group name and Timeless Med Spa phone number (801)475-4300 or email address info@timelessmedspa.com to reserve their spot at the party. The guest will be sent via email the necessary consent forms to fill out and sign before they arrive at the party. Step 4 – Turn this into a quarterly tradition with your friends! It’s a perfect way to hangout, get on the same schedule for your botox/ filler, and to save yourself the cost.

Botox parties are casual and informal. They usually involve socializing, snacks and drinks. Each party can be customized to meet the needs of the party host just like a typical party. Every guest pays for a Botox treatment, the group receives a lower rate than normal which encourages friends to come in groups. The more the people that attend the deeper the discount everyone gets. The host might also get a special discount for coordinating the gathering if that is what is arranged with Timeless Med Spa.

Botox parties at Timeless Med Spa are done at our beautiful, clean, and new facility. During office hours, it is supported by an awesome staff. To host a party, we usually ask there to be a minimum of 6 guests. Parties can be done after hours with special arrangements.

For reference: the FDA has recommended 20 units for the forehead and 20 units for the glabella (frown lines) and 12 units on each side of the eyes (crows feet). A new patient will likely require approximately 64 units of Botox®. Using less than this may result in decreased effectiveness and/or longevity of the product.

Considering doing a Botox party at my home, is it safe?

Botox parties, which take place in someone’s home, are a lot less clean than in a medical office. In a medical setting, Botox injections are more likely to come from a reputable and safe source. This may be difficult to confirm at a home party. At Timeless Med Spa, we have chosen to do the parties at our facility to ensure the safety and cleanliness for our guests.

What other services can I add to compliment Botox?

In addition to Botox, you could make other beauty services available to your guests. Engage one of our massage therapists to give chair massages or an aesthetician for facials or laser hair removal. Many guests like to sit in our IV therapy chairs and get an IV drip while eating, relaxing and watching everyone get their Botox. Set up various stations for services throughout the venue, like a carnival of self-love.

Food is fun: Fun food can make a party! Use the beauty theme to design uniquely-shaped cookies or cupcakes to look beautiful. Or, consider the food part of the beauty treatment and serve an array of brightly-colored fresh fruits and vegetables with antioxidant dips and spreads and whole-grain crackers.
