How are patients monitored?
Laboratory results are ordered, and in some cases an EKG may be required as well, for Dr. Williams to look over and take any other factors to weight gain in to account. You will have body compositions taken every week so that we can track your progress. We will weigh you, measure your height, and calculate your body mass index (BMI) by evaluating your body composition. This evaluation will include measuring your percentage of body fat and reviewing your body’s water levels to assess hydration. You will be seen on a weekly basis by one of our professional staff members for these measurements, and seen once a month by a physician for the duration of the weight loss program. Exercise is not required as part of our weight loss program, but is highly suggested for clients that want to lose weight faster and keep it off.
