Timeless Fitness provides a variety of group fitness classes to serve those clients who are mature, and motivated to improve or maintain their current level of fitness. Although our classes are in a group setting they have personal trainer type feel. Our classes are designed for beginners as well as experienced participants. We promote a friendly, non- judgmental and welcoming environment and our instructors are very knowledgeable and are highly motivated to help you attain your fitness goals.

Group Kettlebell- Monday & Wednesday 5:00-6:00 pm.

Kettlebells are great tools for developing muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and core strength. Kettlebells are a great way of getting back to basic movements that require functional, whole body fitness. This is a great class for men and women of all ages. Kettlebell workouts are designed to engage multiple muscle groups as well as develop cardiovascular fitness and burn fat. It is an open program which moves through 6 specialized weeks to help you both build and understand how the body moves and functions.  Participants are encouraged to purchase their own kettle bell and bring it to class with them. Classes are 45-60 minutes.

Group Functional Training- Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 am-6:30 am.

This class is very similar to our boot camp class with minor changes. It is a great class for men and women of all fitness levels. The class runs all year round and you can start at any time regardless of your current fitness level. Participants will experience a challenging combination of exercise designed to engage multiple muscle groups as well as burn serious calories and get your heart pumping. Each session begins with a warm up and ends with a relaxing and rejuvenating cool down. Classes are 45-60 minutes.

Body Matrix Boot Camp- Tuesday & Thursday 5:30-6:30 pm.

This is our most popular class. It is a great class for men and women of all fitness levels. The class runs all year round and you can start at any time. Participants will experience a challenging combination of exercise designed to engage multiple muscle groups as well as burn serious calories and get your heart pumping. Each session begins with a warm up and ends with a relaxing and rejuvenating cool down. Classes are 45-60 minutes.

Yoga for Athletes Wednesday 6:00-7:00 pm. & Saturday 9:00-10:00 pm

Students will be taught the basic alignment of standing and seated yoga poses and their variations and move towards a flowing yoga practice for athletes as well beginners that synchronizes breath with movement, linking all of the poses together in a continuous flow.

Yoga for athletes offers a combination of postures that include strength, balance, flexibility and endurance that is challenging and also very relaxing. Doing this type of yoga will help to improve your range of motion, gain better balance and core strength, and help to prevent injuries. It is a great for, runners, golfers, tennis players and all other athletes. All classes are structured to begin with a warm up, challenging work phase in the middle and end with a relaxing and rejuvenating cool down.  Classes are 60-75 minutes.

Mix It Up Saturday Workouts- Saturday 10:00 11:00 am.

Workouts will vary from week to week. They may include a cardio only, abs only, boot camp, total body or kettle bell. This is a great way to keep your body guessing. Classes are 45-60 minutes.
